We offer a variety of primary care services and also home health services.
All our employees must pass a pre-employment screening that includes reference, education, experience verification, and a thorough criminal background screening. Our Nurse practitioners are supervised under the direction of a physician as required by Texas law.

Referrals:
Referrals are accepted from hospitals, friends, family, social workers etc.
Our professionals are in the clinic for a scheduled or walk-in visit
Our licensed nurse practitioner will evaluate you for a house call visit and qualify you for home care.

can be satisfactorily continued in the home.
